Excellent Stay Near Babbacombe Downs

The location proved great, being a short walk from Babbacombe Downs. I found the room clean and of a decent size. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. The bed was very comfortable (I slept like a log!).
I noticed some maintenance could improve aspects within the facility.

Reception was open 24 hours, providing convenience for late arrivals or early departures, plus, the staff were amazing, friendly, very helpful, and very very pretty, exceeding expectations with their dedication and positive attitude.

the food choice was good and the entertainment every night was acceptable.
the tv in the room didn't work showing no signal. the towel radiator in the bathroom would not turn off and maintenance said they couldn't fix it, so it was very hot. the mattress was too hard and didn't fit on the bed base correctly.

the rooms were very clean. breakfast cooked by jenny tasted great, it was the best all weekend. tony and mark offered excellent customer service, and nothing seemed too difficult for them.
there was no shampoo in the bathroom when i arrived. the reception offered mini hand soaps instead. they mentioned i could purchase shampoo myself from tesco.

The hotel is near the coast! it is ideal for walks and swimming, and the bus stop is close, taking you directly to the town centre. Alternatively, it is a pleasant thirty minute walk.

my upgraded room was super clean and beautiful. it was one of the cleanest hotel rooms i have ever experienced. the sound proofing was excellent even though there was nocturnal music nearby.

I was so CHERMED with my stay. The price included live music most nights. My room had an ironing board with iron. The bar offered a selection of good alcohol. The neighborhood felt safe, very convenient for getting around.
The tomato was not fresh, i did not like it.
